Our bike rack on the back of our RV
doubles as a drying rack.
Sage requested I take his picture
with Arthur at the library.
We have become friends
with another family that lives
in our campground. The man has
a 'cross ministry' and has made and
given us lovely wooden crosses.

Just another rainy day...
that floods our site.
We joined a homeschool co-op
since we were going to be in the
area for months. They had a
'Beach Kick-off Party' before the
semester started.
Scott doing his part to bury a person.
Sage found a nice, cozy spot to read.
Selfie taken the night before co-op started.
First day of homeschool co-op!
Scott in his class playing a game outside.
Scott joined a soccer 'team'.
He loved it until he realized he wasn't
allowed to tackle the other kids.
Scott at the doctor.
He got Swimmer's Ear.
Ouch!
I found a bi-monthly nature class
taught by a naturalist.
First class was titled, 'Hiker's Clues'.
The nature class was for homeschoolers.
Homeschooling is alive and well in Florida!
It was a very hot day!
Felt like we were in the desert.
ANT HILL!!
Well, I'll be.
Cactus grow in Florida.
I love homeschooling.
I learn something new everyday!
Nature class always involved an art/craft project.
This is a hiker that was decorated
by items from nature.
A turtle's home.
They were HOT!
Inside the nature preserve.
They have neat hands-on activities
and some live animals.
But not that bear in the picture above.
He's no longer alive.
I find so many adorable and hilarious
selfies on my phone taken
by Scott.
Chore time!
Drying and putting away the silverware.
Went to the theater to see Dolphin Tale 2.
Homeschoolers all around the country
go to the theaters all on the same day to
support family-friendly movies.
Ha! Looks like we were all alone.
At this point, we probably were
because I have this little issue
of getting to places WAY TOO
early. I believe if you are on time,
then you are late. For movies,
I like to get there at least 20 minutes early.
Uh. This movie we were probably at least
35 minutes early.
Can't tell much from this picture,
but this is me trying to be sneaky with
taking a picture. Sage is in Chess Club
at the library playing chess with the man
in the red shirt. That's what chess club is...
2 'older' gentleman come twice a week to
the library and play chess (and teaches chess)
to whoever shows up.
View from our front door
in the campground.

Games poolside at our campground.
Limbo.
You can get ice cream cones poolside
every day! SO incredibly
happy that it is safe ice
cream for Sage (Sage is allergic
to peanuts and tree nuts).
Hayride at the campground!
Pond at the campground.
Jack and Peter came to swim with us.
Aunt Michelle did too, but I didn't get
a picture of her.
I'll finish out September in another post.
